SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 60 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation. If a booking is cancelled 60 days or less prior arrival, the full rental amount is not refundable.
