The Residence is located in the Cilento National Park near Palinuro, which is a characteristic fishing village at the foot of the cape of the same name, in the southern part of the Cilento coast. The origins of his name can be found in the mythology of the Aeneid of Virgil, in which it's told of Palinuro, the helmsman of Aeneas, who fell into the sea here and was killed by the residents.

Its clean crystal clear sea has been declared excellent for several years with the Bandiera Blu (Blue Flag) and the magnificent sea bed, the beautiful sandy beaches, cliffs and bays and the characteristic jagged coastline are among the best of Campania. The magnificent caves and the green hills with centuries-old olive trees make Palinuro the pearl of the Cilento.

The beautiful estate, surrounded by olive trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation, is on a hillside in close proximity to the beautiful beach of the Arco Naturale and about 3.5 km away from the center of Palinuro.

The Nature Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano is the pearl of this region and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is famous for its nature and culture, its climate and beauty. Rich in history and applied arts, it is a typical example of a Mediterranean ecosystem.

The Nature Park offers several day trips: from the medieval villages of Pisciotta, Camerota and San Severino, to the archaeological temples of Paestum and the excavations of Velia and Roccagloriosa. It offers routes in the surrounding countryside to explore the flora, fauna and the traditional food and wine culture of the area.

The Residence has two separate groups of houses: the houses Casa Angelo and Casa Iervolino, the villas Wanda and Filomena and a sports and entertainment area.

A popular meeting place for all guests is the sports and entertainment area with reception, where you always find staff for questions and assistance. The swimming pool area, open from 01/05 to 10/10, has two swimming pools (adults: 6 m x 11.5 m, kids pool: 12.5 m x 25 m) and is equipped with parasols and loungers.

Other services include: laundry, safe, Internet Point with Wi-Fi, tennis court (included in the price: 3 hours/week/apt.), small sports field with floodlight for volleyball or football, boccia, table tennis, archery, video-games room and snack bar. Children and kids club (from 20/06 to 12/09), entertainment with games, tournaments and festivals, pizzeria with a small restaurant (from 23/05 to 12/09).

Agreement with a diving school, as well as trips of historical, cultural and naturalistic interest can be found in the Cilento National Park.

The first group of houses is about 250 m away from the pool and 1500 m from the beach and is divided into two-storey residential units, ideal for families with children because of the proximity to the sports and entertainment area.

The second group of houses is slightly higher on the hillside about 850 m away from the pool and 2100 m from the beach and is divided into residential units, each with 2 or 3 apartments and independent entrance. It is located in a quiet and panoramic position overlooking the magnificent vegetation around, the Cape Palinuro and the Mingardo beach. The furniture is modern and well maintained.

All apartments have a covered terrace with garden furniture and are equipped with telephone.
