Property for exclusive use Magnificent, luxurious villa, 500 sq. m., completely independent holding up to 8 persons with 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa boasts a large garden with private swimming pool, solarium, elegant summer kitchen with barbecue, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms and in a living room. It is ideal for families who love spending relaxing holidays in the beautiful area surrounding the villa. Outdoors and Swimming Pool Villa Maiani is immersed in a beautiful ornamental garden, 800 sq. m., featuring blooming Mediterranean vegetation with many kinds of flowers and a large orchard. In the garden you will find the rectangular swimming pool, with curved edges and hydromassage area, measuring 12 metres by 4 with a depth of up to 2 metres, externally paved and complete with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a shower (no hot water). Guests can also use a large loggia near the pool, which can be closed and is a perfect outdoor living area complete with elegant kitchen including a stonework barbecue.
Interior The villa is on two floors and is furnished with precious furniture, with cotto and hardwood flooring. The main entrance is on the raised ground floor and leads to a large living room with sofas and a spacious dining room which also has sofas, armchairs, a TV and large stonework fireplace; from here, a few steps lead to the fully-equipped kitchen with central working surface. Rounding up the ground floor are a bathroom with bathtub, shower and sauna and a washing room. A large marble staircase leads to the first floor with 3 double bedrooms of which one with balcony, a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with bathtub. Location Villa Maiani is on the outskirts of Mazara del Vallo, in a strategic position near the main towns of the western coast of Sicily. Facilities Villa Maiani has central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms and in a living room, Wi-Fi, baby bed, high chair, hair dryer. Services The price includes: bedroom linen and bathroom towels (with weekly change), water, gas, 625 kW/h per week of electricity and air conditioning (extra will be charged), internet, baby bed. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are a high chair, hired help, cook, cookery courses, massages and groceries shopping at arrival. Important Information Swimming pool is available from May 24th to October 2nd. Please note: for stays with a pet the amount of the deposit will be Eu 2150. Final cleaning does not include the cleaning of the dishes and kitchen counter: in case of dirty kitchen at the time of check out, an additional fee of EUR 100 will be deducted. A penalty fee (EUR 100) will be applied in case of wrong/improper disposal of the garbage. Check-in: between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. For arrivals after 8 p.m., a 50 Euros fee will be applied. A caretaker lives in the property in a separate area and privacy is absolutely guaranteed.
Activities and Distances Villa Maiani is in a strategic position an hour from Palermo, 90 minutes from Agrigento and its “Valle dei Templi”. Selinunte, Erice and the best beaches and natural reserves of Sicily are all a short drive away. There is alot to visit around Mazara del Vallo: natural reserves, archaeological sites, historical monuments and the beauty of the Mediterranean sea. 2 km Mazara del Vallo, 30 km Selinunte, 60 km Trapani, 115 km Agrigento, 120 km Palermo.
