Property for exclusive use Elegant 18th Century villa with outbuilding, with a total area of 800 sq. m. capable of holding up to 14 persons in 7 double bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The villa has an outdoor area with two porticos overlooking the garden and the private swimming pool. You will also find an internet connection, baby bed and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Outdoor Area and Swimming Pool The garden is completely fenced, measuring 3000 sq. m., lawn for the most part, and has ancient trees, flower pots, creepers and mediterranean vegetation creating a relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool is in the middle of the garden and measures 6 metres by 12, with a depth of 1.2-2.8 metres, complete with sunbeds and beach loungers. Next to the pool is the outbuilding with changing area and small bathroom, while under the portico there is a ping pong table and large barbecue for outdoor meals. Finally, you will find a large portico accessible from the ground floor living room, with sofas, a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing or eating outside.
Interior Villa Franciacorta is on two floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor and has a large living area with TV, DVD player, 3 living rooms (2 of which have a fireplace), a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A few steps lead to a bathroom with shower. A staircase will take you to the first floor which has a double bedroom leading a bedroom with 2 beds with bathroom with shower (shared with the first room), 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and 1 with bathtub. Rounding up the ground floor is a closet/washing room with washing machine. The outbuilding has outdoor access and is next to the pool. Here you will find a bedroom with 2 beds with bathroom with shower. Location The villa is in a small village in the heart of Franciacorta, not far from Lake Iseo. The position is perfect for those seeking privacy whilst being close to shops and other facilities. Facilities Villa Franciacorta has Wi-Fi, baby bed, complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms central heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Services The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen along with swimming towels (all changed weekly), 3 hours of cleaning twice a week (only for bedrooms and bathrooms), electricity up to 420 kW/h per week (extra charged separately), water, internet, baby bed. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are: cookery courses, dinners, extra cleaning, a tour of wine cellars with tastings, trips to Brescia, Milan, Bergamo, Verona, Venice and Mantova, dancing lessons in the villa with professional dancers, cycling trips with a guide around Franciacorta and Lake Iseo, yoga lessons and reflexology, activities and tastings of Italian food and wine. Important Information Swimming pool open from May 1st to October 15th. Kitchen and living room cleaning, along with trash disposal, are to be taken care of by the guests and the house is required to be clean after your stay. You can ask for up to 9 extra beds (480 euros per person per week) to be paid for when booking. The villa was whitewashed in 2016 and had a shower cubicle changed. Check from 4-8 pm, check out from 08-10 am. Arrivals and departures outside of these times will be charged 15 euros per hour. Check-in cannot be after 23:00. The Villa requires the payment of the final cleaning and the security deposit by bank transfer, within 10 days from arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 5 days from check out by bank transfer.
Activities and Distances The villa is in the Franciacorta area, famous for its wine, and it is possible to have tastings in the wine cellars. A 15-minute drive will bring you to Lake Iseo, famous for Montisola, Europe’s largest lake island, and nearby is the Torbiere del Sebino natural reserve, perfect for walks or cycling. We also suggest visiting Lake Garda and its most famous centres like Sirmione, Salo’, Desenzano and the valleys leading to the Alps like Valle Camonica, with stunning cave art, and Valle dei Magli. 300 metres Bornago (groceries and first necessities), 11 km Lake Iseo, 17 km Brescia, 38 km Bergamo, 46 km Lake Garda, 80 km Milan, 85 km Verona and Mantova.
