It is a beautiful property, recently renovated and elegantly furnished. The villa is located within a 10min distance to the centre of Sorso (Sassari), and some minutes to Castelsardo with its beautiful beaches. Within 400m you find the entrance to the beach no9.
Inmidst green plants, typical for the sardinian fauna, and granit rocks you will find an unforgettable location for your holidays.
At the guests disposal there is a beautiful jacuzzi with chromotherapy lighting, a BBQ and dining area as well as several outdoor spaces with table, chairs, sofas, sundbeds and sun shades.
There is a covered parking lot on the property.
In about 50m distance there is a small minimarket, and you will find the first restaurants within 500m. Nearby there is also a water park.
The closest beach is a volcanic beach, around 400m from the villa. The whole coastal area is about 16km long and therefor offers a broad variety of beaches, all easily reachable by car.

Villa Sini is rented as a single home for exclusive use, but it is divided into 3 apartments (one on the groundfloor and 2 on the first floor). All apartments have an individual entrance, air condition, WI-FI, dishwasher, smart TV 4k, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster.
The Villa may accomodate up to 11 people. It disposes of 4 double bedrooms, 3 living rooms with kitchenette, 3 sofabeds, 4 bathrooms with shower.
The two apartments on the first floor have access to a terrace overviewing the Isola dell'Asinara.
