Holiday Apartment: Badesi-Mono, 2 People

The well-kept resort is located between Castelsardo, Santa Teresa di Gallura and Badesi, a quiet and typical village of the area. It covers a long section of the coast, which is characterized by its turquoise sea, the 8 km sandy beach and the scents of the "macchia mediterranea". The apartments are located in two buildings (about 100 meters away from each other), in the valley at the end of the inhabited area. The buildings are composed of row houses with one or two floors and separate entrance, arranged in a horseshoe shape around a pool. Well maintained gardens with lawns, trees, flowers, bushes and 2 pools for shared use: a circular pool (diameter: 12 m, depth: 1.70 m, open: 19/05-29/09) with kids' pool (diameter: 5 m, depth: 75 cm) and an irregularly shaped pool (diameter: 11 m, depth: 1.70 m) also with kids' pool (about 7 m², depth: 75 cm). Each pool has a terrace with deck chairs, sun loungers and outdoor shower. Playground for children, bocce court, barbecue area with outdoor seating for shared use.

Badesi-Mono (2 pers.)

One-room apartment, on the ground floor or first floor, approximately 33 m². Living/sleeping area with double sofa bed, kitchenette (4 flame cooker, freezer), dining area, terrace or balcony. Double bedroom. Bathroom with shower/WC.

The apartments are well furnished and have a covered terrace or a covered balcony (about 5 m², furnished), mostly with sea views, some with views of the pool and the gardens.

All apartments have: internet access, TV, safe, iron/ironing board, fan, tiled floors. No heating facilities.

Distances

City center at about 200 m. Supermarket at 100 m, restaurant at about 400 m. Badesi Mare with bars and access to beaches at 2 km (bus connection). Beach 'Li Junchi' 2.5 km away. Beach 'Li Mindi' at 3 km; here at about 200-300 meters there is a reserved parking area for the guests of the resort.

EXTRA COSTS

If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50.00 € are required for this extra cleaning.

On request: beach service with rentable beach umbrellas and deck chairs; inflatable boats, windsurf (with courses), pedal boats, canoes, sailing trips (for a fee).

Reception (by the hour occupied). Rental of laptops with internet connection (for a fee, request on site). TV lounge with satellite TV and Internet point. Electronic laundry.

Energy consumption

Light, water, gas, linen (kitchen towels are not included) are included in the accommodation price.
