Furthermore, outdoor areas have been designed to spend beautiful moments with a group of friends and family. Villa Collina's position is strategic: it represents a perfect combination between a country house and a village house, offering a special stay. Near the kitchen there are 2 double bedrooms (air conditioned) which share a bathroom between the two bedrooms (every room has its own door that opens and closes the bathroom). One of those two rooms has an access from the outside and from the inside, crossing the other room and the bathroom: in this case it turns into a passage room. Both rooms have direct access to the patio.
