The holiday house La Rocca for up to 6 people is located in the district Fornillo, close to the beach and with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and Positano. This lovely house of the eighteenth century enchants because of its unique character and ideal location: the lively Positano is easily reachable by bus and only 600 meters away there is the Marina Grande, one of the most famous beaches of the Amalfi Coast. La Rocca (6 pers.) This house, surrounded by picturesque lemon trees, includes about 150 square meters of living space and 70 square meters of terrace area. La Rocca fascinates because of its equipment: vaulted ceilings, terracotta tiles and unique art objects. The living space of the holiday house extends over three floors and includes a mezzanine. Via 22 steps and the terrace you reach the entrance, which is located on the basement and leads directly into the spacious living area. Two of the three bedrooms are also on this floor and have direct access to the terrace. The larger of the two double bedrooms has a private bathroom with bathtub. Another bathroom with shower is available. The first floor is accessible by an internal staircase or via another staircase from the terrace. Here you will find the spacious living room of La Rocca. A cozy sofa and a fireplace decorated with ceramic tiles create a Mediterranean atmosphere. In the fully equipped kitchen, handmade antique reproductions of typical regional tiles provide a special flair. On the mezzanine floor is the dining area, with space for up to seven people. From here you have access to the upper terrace, which is equipped with a dining table, chairs, granite benches and sun loungers. This terrace is the jewel of La Rocca: wonderful with jasmine bushes, palm trees and geraniums in terracotta pots, as well as with its columns of bougainvillea and wisteria, which complete the panoramic views over Positano and Fornillo. A wonderful oasis for a relaxing holiday. Upstairs there is the third bedroom with double bed and a wall safe. From the bedroom, access to a balcony with wonderful views. On this floor there is another bathroom with shower. You can stay here without a car due to the strategic location of the house: the city center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The beach Fornillo is located at 500 m, while the famous beach Spiaggia Grande Marina is located within 900 meters. This beach can also be reached via a stairway of 600 meters. From the bus stop 50 m away from the house, you can reach the center of Positano, where you will find connections to Sorrento and Amalfi. In addition to that, the port offers ferry connections to Capri, Naples, Amalfi and Salerno.
