Charming house surrounded with typical pine trees, which is located just a few steps from the beach (400 m, Lido delle Nazioni), in a quiet place ideal to spend a relaxing holiday. From here you can easily reach the city center, at only 900 meters. Supermarket and kiosk nearby.
The house has a living room with double sofa bed, kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine), double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with shower, large covered terrace and barbecue. Guests have access to a private parking and a large garden.
Extra costs
If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 35.00 € are required for this extra cleaning.
