Villa Nafsika is a modern property occupying a privileged location in the area of Perithia, on the sought after North-East coast of Corfu. Part of the exclusive “Perithia View” estate, this villa has been finished to the highest standard to offer a superior holiday experience to the most demanding guests. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, extensive lounges and patios as well as private pool, this villa ticks all the boxes. The elevated position (yet very close to amazing beaches) with 180 degrees panoramic views, offers the most amazing gift of the nature: the chance to admire, from the same property, both sunrise and sunset. In Villa Nafsika, every moment will be an experience to live and remember! Inside, this villa is set over 2 floors connected via a side staircase. With huge patio doors, large windows, and designer furniture, Villa Naksika enjoys all the sun and light that Greece can offer. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge (sofas, wi-fi, air-conditioning) with adjoining kitchen (fully equipped) as well as 2 bedrooms (both en-suite). One bedroom has a double bed + a sofa (that can be turned into a full size single sofa bed) while the other bedroom is a twin. The upper floor is identical to the lower one, except that the master bedroom has just a double bed and not an extra sofa bed. Extensive terraces on both floors provide magical views over the ionian Sea and Albanian coastline beyond. The interiors are fully air-conditioned. Outside, beautifully paved patios with sunbeds for all the guests enjoy all the most sensational views and the breeze of the coastline. A dining area for the guests together with barbecue is available, for delicious al-fresco meals. The private pool measures 7.5m x 4m (depth 1.5m) and is beautifully lit at night (access via Roman Steps). Thanks to its clever design, it provides excellent privacy and is the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing dip or a drink while admiring the sun going down in the sea. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleanings, change of linen/towels twice a week are included in the rental rates. The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests. Please carefully check if there are any extra costs to be paid on site!
