Beautiful Villa dei Gigli is located on a hill and offers a wonderful view of Bolsena lake and the town of Montefiascone, which you can reach in just a few minutes. It´s the ideal place for a relaxed holiday without having to renounce luxury.
The recently constructed Villa is divided into 3 apartments lying on 3 separate floors. The total of 240sq offers 20 sleeping places. You can rent the whole place or just a single apartment.
Every floor has autonomous heating, air condition and 7 SAT TVs.

A big garden with a hundred year old oaks surrounds the Villa. It offers a little playground for children, tabletop football and ping pong, a swimming pool with whirlpool, a well with springwater and a little forest. In the house and pool area you are provided by wireless LAN.

The Villa is structured as follows:

On the ground floor there is a dining room with fireplace and an equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, stoove, dishwasher, coffee machine), where the guests can gather and have meals together. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big veranda with table and BBQ in order to eat outside.

On the first floor there is a big dining room with fireplace and a studio couch (can be used as an extra bedroom), kitchenette (with fridge, stoove, dishwasher, coffee machine), 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big terrace offering a wunderful view of the lake. 

On the second floor there is a big dining room with a studio couch (can be used as an extra bedroom), kitchenette (with fridge, stoove, dishwasher, coffee machine), 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with table, chairs and BBQ. From this terrace you can reach the roof terrace of about 50sq offering a 360° panorama view of the lake of Bolsena and the hills of Tuscia, Toscana and Umbria.
