Multiple occupancy vacation home for up to 16 people with 7 bathrooms!!!, on private hill-land.

The kilometric palm beach of Grottamare is ideal for enjoying the sea. The Monti Sibillini are about 25 minutes away from the big, restored farmhouse. To the property also belongs a hill land, which is about 25,000 square meters, just outside the village of Montedinove. A 2,000 m² gadren surrounds the house, where you can also find the swimming pool (7x4m, depth 1.20 m) open from the May 15 until the end of September. An unpaved road leads up to the house, not suitable for sport cars.

The building is organized as follows:

Ground floor with garden admission: Dining/living room with separate kitchen area. Laundry room, Bathroom with shower. Double room wheelchair accessible with access to the garden and bathroom with shower with no architectural barriers (available on request).

1 Floor: 1 double bedroom with open fireplace, 3 double bedrooms with bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. 

The House has a total of 4 double rooms and 4 bathrooms with shower.

The house has gas central heating and satellite TV. Pets are not allowed.

The weekly prices include all costs, including bed linen and towels, except for the gas consumption and final cleaning which are payable locally.
