The villa is located in the village of Grottaccia (Cingoli), about 20 kilometers away from the town of Macerata, which is famous for its Opera Sferisterio and the University, and about 10 away from the medieval towns of Cingoli and Treia.

The house is located in the heart of the countryside surrounding Macerata. At your complete disposal a patio, a barbecue, Sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, a garden of about 7000 sqm and a private swimming pool immediately adjacent to the villa.

Divided into 2 floors, the villa has a maximum capacity of 11 people. Guests can enjoy the private and shared areas of the entire property. On the ground floor are a large living room with video games console and a fully equipped kitchen; the 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are located on the ground floor and first floor, where you will find a second kitchenette.
