This little house on a hill in the green heart of the Sibillini mountains, about 2 km from the town of Monte San Martino, was lovingly reconstructed. From the property one has magnificent views of the nearby fields and woods.

San Martino is a medieval village located on a hill in the valley of the river Tenna. The farmhouse and the outbuildings have been restored according to the old local building traditions using eco-friendly finishing.

The property has three houses, in one of which is located the apartment Vettore on the ground floor. All units have a private furnished patio. The swimming pool, which is reserved exclusively for guests, offers an oasis of calm and relax surrounded by a very impressive panorama. The ideal place for those who want to spend a holiday in the countryside in contact with the rhythms, colors and perfumes of nature.

The property has a swimming pool (12x6m, depth: 1.40m - 1.80m) and offers free mountain bikes. Furthermore, there is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outdoor areas with garden and deck chairs, tables and umbrellas are available. The house has central heating.
