This little house on a hill in the green heart of the Sibillini mountains, about 2 km from the town of Monte San Martino, was lovingly reconstructed. From the property one has magnificent views of the nearby fields and woods.

San Martino is a medieval village located on a hill in the valley of the river Tenna. The farmhouse and the outbuildings have been restored according to the old local building traditions using eco-friendly finishing.

The property has three houses, one of which is the house Martino. All units have a private furnished patio. The swimming pool, which is reserved exclusively for guests, offers an oasis of calm and relax surrounded by a very impressive panorama. The ideal place for those who want to spend a holiday in the countryside in contact with the rhythms, colors and perfumes of nature.

The property has a swimming pool (12x6m, depth: 1.40m - 1.80m) and offers free mountain bikes. Furthermore, there is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outdoor areas with garden and deck chairs, tables and umbrellas are available. The house has central heating.

Private entrance directly from the garden. Sleeping area with three double bedrooms, each with an extra bed and bathroom with shower. Living area with living room and furnished panoramic terrace (particularly suitable for outdoor meals), large fully equipped kitchen (among others things with 4-flame stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher). Furthermore a dining room with open fireplace and another bathroom.

A welcome basket (coffee, milk, fruit juice, croissants) is included in the price.
