Large villa with swimming pool, recently built, convenient to the beach of Budoni and to the center with all its services; internally developed on 2 levels (ground floor and lower floor), it consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property includes a veranda furnished with table and chairs for dining outdoors and spending pleasant moments of relaxation, a sun terrace, parking space and swimming pool, shared with 2 other villas.

Present TV, washing machine, dishwasher and barbecue.

Given its location, the villa is ideal for those who want absolute comfort and therefore not have to take the car during the holiday; in fact, the beautiful beach of Budoni, with its infinite blue shades of the sea, can be easily reached on foot, being about 500 meters away, as well as the main street. In a few minutes by car from the villa, the beaches of Sant’Anna, Matta 'e Peru and Ottiolu are certainly worth a visit, all of which are also suitable for children due to their shallow waters.

For larger groups, if necessary, there are 2 further similar villas adjacent to each other.
