The apartments are located a few meters from the sea in a sheltered position with views of the Gulf of Marinella. The complex includes terraced houses divided by gardens and flowerbeds, just 4 km from Porto Rotondo. The distance to the port and airport of Olbia is 15 km, 5 km to the Gulf Aranci and 139 km to Porto Torres.

The beach is 150 to 350 meters away and is characterized by coves with sandy beach, surrounded by granite rocks. 1 km away there is the wonderful Marinella beach with sun loungers and parasols for a fee.

Reception from 9:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 (please contact us if you are arriving at other times), wireless internet in public areas, restaurant / pizzeria, supermarket, tobacco shop and newspapers (open from end of May to September), parking, two playgrounds and a park for dogs (pets are allowed, except in common areas). Emergency medical care nearby. For a fee: tennis court, bicycle rental, water sports and diving.

The apartments are located in the main building or in one to two-storey terraced houses, most with a veranda or balcony and some with sea views. The apartments are comfortable and functionally furnished with air conditioning, TV, kitchenette equipped with crockery, bathroom with hairdryer.

EXTRA COSTS

If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50.00 € are required for this extra cleaning.
