San Teodoro is a beautiful small village, lying in a valley, just a 100m from the sea. Thanks to the local administration only small buildings in keeping with nature were built. There are 18 beaches, reachable by foot or by car. From San Teodoro you have breathtaking views on the island of Tavolara: a small rocky mountain protruding from the ocean up to the height of 600m, a wild beauty and part of a water protection area. To it´s feet lies a long sandy beach called "Spalmatore di terra". Since 1994 in the months of july a big italian filmfestival takes place here. S. Teodoro is located within the most beautiful coastal areas of Sardinia, rich of beaches, small bays and diversified land- and seasights. The enchanting profile of Tavolara island dominates the view of the seaside. All 18 beaches are within walking distance or short car distances. Looking north the closest beach is La Cinta: a broad, about 4 km long sandy beach with shallow waters and well equipped. La Foce lies in front of San Teodoro, a small beach surrounded by broom. Marina di Puntaldia is another smaller beach with wonderful views, a diving school and a golf course.   San Teodoro Trilo (5 Pers) 3-bedroom apartment on the groundfloor of a residence: living area with kitchenette and studio bed, double bedroom, second double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Private outdoor area with tables and chairs.On the backside there is a community garden with barbecue. In just a few minutes you can reach the city center, where you find supermarkets, shops as well as leisure activities. The beach "La Cinta" is about 1800m away. Many of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia are easily reachable from here, for example: Cala Brandinchi / Tahiti, Baia Salinedda or Cala Suaraccia / Le Farfalle. Please leave the kitchen in a clean state. Otherwise we will have to apply additional cleaning costs of 50,00€. Please seperate and clean up the garbage (consider the displayed lists). In case of disregard we will withhold 50% of the deposit.
