Description
The new residence Palau reflects the tradition and architecture of the island. All apartments are built with the typical Sardinian stone, surrounded by a well-kept garden, full of native plants of the 'macchia mediterranea' and with the granite rocks sculpted by the wind typical of Gallura.
Small footpaths connect the apartments to the swimming pool of the residence (Ø about 5,00 m). The facility is located in a privileged position, only a kilometer away from the city center of Palau with its services and facilities, 20 minutes by ferry from the island of Maddalena and 30 minutes by car from the famous 'Costa Smeralda'.

EQUIPMENT
The apartments are elegantly decorated; some are on the ground and have a small garden, the others on the 1st floor have a fitted veranda. All apartments have TV and telephone.
Reception and assistance, solarium, swimming pool. In the town of Palau plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, etc.
EXTRA COSTS
If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50.00 € are required for this extra cleaning.
DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The beach, at only 150-250 meters, is surrounded by a thick pine forest, ideal for picnics and long walks, with views of the beautiful islands of Santa Stefano and La Maddalena.
