The resort is located in the center of the beautiful Santa Teresa, in a quiet location just a few minutes from a wonderful white sandy beach and the town center with its bustling main square, the typical craft shops, the historic city center and its lively nightlife. From the modern tourist harbor you can reach the near Corsica and the stunning archipelago of the island La Maddalena.

The apartments are located in a modern three-storey building in the center of the city, which is divided into 2 units and surrounded by a beautiful well-kept garden. There is an elevator that connects the apartments with the garage.

The functional equipment of the apartments includes TV, bathroom with shower, air conditioning and furnished balcony (for the apartments on the first and second floor) or veranda on the ground floor.

EXTRA COSTS

If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50.00 € are required for this extra cleaning.

DISTANCE FROM THE SEA

About 800m from a sandy beach with fine white sand and crystal blue sea. There are bathing facilities in which you can rent umbrellas and chairs. A diving club is located nearby.
