Description
Recently built residential complex. Inside you will find a bar, a restaurant and a supermarket (the seasonal opening depends on the owners). It is located on a hill just above the sea, about 8 km away from Stintino, an old fishing village, and the beach La Pelosa, which is famous for its unique sea.
In the village Stintino there are all kind of shops and restaurants, pharmacy, ambulance, etc. Here you will find supermarkets, local craft shops, nightclubs and discos.
The small villas are divided into two-family, multifamily and terraced houses. They have all elegant, typical Sardinian furnishings and are equipped with TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, toaster, furnished garden or balcony, parking, some with a private pool as is the case of the house described here.
Nearby for a surcharge: kite surfing, windsurfing, rowing boat, diving, excursions to the island Asinara by train, jeep or sailboat.
