Developed on two levels, it consists on the ground floor of a living room with kitchenette and sofa, double bedroom and bathroom; from a spiral staircase, as well as thanks to a second external access, you access the lower floor where there is a second double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed and a second bathroom. The property is completed by a large veranda with a view of the multi-coloured sea of Stintino, a large private garden and parking spaces. Present: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in all rooms, smart TV both in the living area and in all the rooms.

Thanks to its location and characteristics, it is definitely the ideal holiday home for those with children, who can get to and from the beach quickly on foot, as well as to allow them to play in peace in the very large private garden. It is definitely a holiday home also suitable for two couples due to the presence not only of several bedrooms, but also of the two bathrooms that ensure the right amount of privacy.

In the immediate surroundings there are the main services guaranteed by the Capo Falcone shopping centre and in front of the complex there is also the shuttle bus stop that takes you to the characteristic village of Stintino as well as to other beaches in the area such as Punta Negra and Saline.
