Cala Gonone is a beautiful tourist spot in the gulf of Orosei, the main bathing area of the Barbagia, lying in the middle of Sardinia´s east coast. The village is situated at the feet of Monte Codula Manna, an inactive volcano, and is surrounded by wooded lime-mountains. The beach, the small harbor, the many hotels and restaurants, the small handicraft shops, the beautiful landscape, the climate and the many cultural and leisure activities make it an attractive destination for excursions during the whole year. It is also the best point of departure for exploring the Barbagia region via sea or land. An association of coxswains organizes transports for tourists to explore the coast, for example in order to reach the famous beach Cala Luna or the cave Grotte del Bue Marino. The beaches: From Calagonone towards north: Palmasera-S’abba Meica and Cala Cartoe. Towards south: Ziu Martine, Fuili e Zio Santoru. Cala Luna is maybe the most beautiful beach of the mediteranean: caves up to 6m height and a beautiful oleander forest. From Cala Gonone you can easily reach the whole coastal area of the gulf of Orosei. Casa con Vista (6 Pers.) Prestigious, recently completed apartment with sea view, located in the residential area of Cala Gonone. Furnished with care and elegance, it consists of a large living area on the ground floor with a kitchenette and sofa bed and a bathroom; downstairs there is a double bedroom, a triple bedroom and a second bathroom. The property includes a large terrace furnished with table and chairs in order to eat outside and a big private veranda, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Orosei. Free parking is available in front of the house. At the guest´s disposal there is also: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Given its location in Cala Gonone, this holiday apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The sea is just about 900 meters away and and in the immediate vicinity you find all main services. It is also an excellent starting point for diving into the marvelous waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Cala Luna and Cala Sisine as well as for hiking or climbing in the wild hinterland. Please leave the kitchen in a clean state. Otherwise we will have to apply additional cleaning costs of 50,00€. Please seperate and clean up the garbage (consider the displayed lists). In case of disregard we will withhold 50% of the deposit.
