Location: About 12 km from Syracuse there is the small town of Floridia, located at 109 m over sea level. Floridia was founded in 1628 and has today a population of about 20.000 resident. A blooming and peaceful countryside surrounds the town, allowing a relaxing holiday in a Mediterranean landscape. For all them who still are looking for the waves of the seaside, will find the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and beautiful rocky beaches at less then 20 km from Floridia.

Distances from Villa Lucia: all facilities, telephone boxes, bars ca. 7 km, bus stop ca. 7 km, restaurant/pizzeria ca. 7 km, newspaper kiosk ca. 7 km. Penny Market at 8 km. The mall Carrefour and Lidl are in Syracuse.

VILLA LUCIA (Sleeps 6)

Situated: This detached house with private pool (10x5 m, 1,40m depth 01/05 - 30/09 opened) for a total of six people is located a short 6 km drive from Floridia and nestled in a completely quiet landscape. From the hillside of the house, you can enjoy not only the tranquility but also a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The sandy beach is less than 15 minutes away by car, Mount Etna about 90 minutes by car.

Accommodation: Set on the ground floor and comfortably furnished with a living space of over 90 square meters, there are sleeping facilities for up to six people. The front door to the house can be reached via the veranda, which opens onto an open-plan kitchen with kitchenette, dining table with air conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchenette has a hob with four gas rings, electric oven, toaster and is equipped with everything you need to prepare a lovely meal for the family. You will probably rarely use the dining table located here, as with a pleasant Mediterranean climate you will certainly prefer the veranda directly in front of the kitchen for dining. From the living room you can reach a small room with seatings. From here you can reach the two opposite lying bedrooms with double beds, both with air conditioning, a small bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet.
Another bathroom with shower, toilet / bidet and washing machine is located outside the house and extends the premises of the house. Wi-Fi available.

External accommodation: As already mentioned, right in front of the house there is a cozy and spacious veranda with seating and dining options with an outdoor grill, where you can relax and dine outdoors with a view of the well-tended garden and pool. Set in the middle of the lawns, surrounded by sun loungers, is the private pool for the exclusive use of the guests only. A small gazebo also allows you to doze off in the shade.

Parking inside the fully fenced property. Car use necessary.
If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up) 50 € are required for this extra cleaning.
