The villa also has a well-kept garden with a gazebo and barbecue, a beautiful swimming pool and a solarium, perfect for relaxing in the open air. It is also an ideal base for exploring the local area with its wonderful beaches, the nearby Roman villa of Tellaro and the evocative baroque towns of Noto, Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa-Ibla.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
