Guests have use of a veranda furnished for outdoor dining; a large seafront sun deck; an outdoor hot tub; and direct access to the sea and sea cliffs. In some period of the year it is possible to rent 1 additional bedroom and 1 bathroom ( with an extra cost) Just a few kilometers drive from the property are southeastern Sicily’s most beautiful spots, like Syracuse, Ragusa; the Val di Noto’s other baroque cities; and the Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari nature reserves.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
