It is within easy reach of the beautiful nearby beaches; the baroque towns of Noto, Siracusa, Modica and Scicli; and the nature reserves of Vendicari and Cavagrande del Cassibile.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
