Its exclusive location is one of a kind: from the garden there is direct access to the cliffs and the Fanusa shore, famous for its crystal clear waters and extraordinary seabed rich in marine life. The house faces a large park bordering the cliffs, with shady pine trees, palm trees and other Mediterranean scrub plants. Inside, the house has two floors which are connected inside by a spiral staircase, and outside as well. Villa Marinella’s location is perfect if you love the sea and snorkeling. It is also just kilometers away from the center of Syracuse, Noto, and the Pantalica and Vendicari nature reserves. Just minutes away by car there are also the splendid sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche. At guests’ disposal: Wifi internet; parking; air conditioning; covered terrace furnished for outdoor dining. Included in the price: tidy up of the bedrooms and bathrooms: 3 hours per week.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
