Recently restored, the property offers a welcoming interior furnished with taste and equipped with all modern amenities. The outdoor area includes a patio with dining area on the ground floor and a large roof terrace on the first floor, accessed by an external staircase, which offers pleasant views over Monte Monaco and the sea. Ideal for relaxing holidays by the sea, the apartment is also a very good base for visiting many fascinating places such as the Zingaro nature reserve, Erice, Trapani (connections to the Egadis), Segesta’s temple and the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
