Surroundings:

The beach resort Fontane Bianche, which alternates sandy beaches and picturesque rocky coastline, is about 15 km south from Syracuse. Fontane Bianche can be rightly referred to as one of the best known and most popular seaside resorts in the province of Syracuse. The rocky coasts are flat and walkable. The resort offers a bus service every 90 minutes to Syracuse.

Distances from Villa Tanah-Lot:

Grocery stores at about 3.3 km, bar 500 m, restaurant and pizzeria 600 m, bus stop 1 km, phone booth 500 m, newsagent 3.3 km (only in the summer season). The shopping centres Carrefour and Lidl are in Syracuse.

Location:

This independent house, located right on the rocky coast of Fontane Bianche, takes its name from the temple Tanah-Lot in Bali. Once you cross the gates, you feel a new, exotic atmosphere, which is inconceivable from the outside. This is particularly evident when you sit on the shaded veranda between two palm trees and you are overwhelmed by the magnificent sea views.

Outside accommodation:

A small exotic garden with veranda and magnificent views of the open deep blue sea are ideal for breakfast or dinner and complete the picturesque setting in which this house is located.

Public parking in front of the house. For the duration of the stay, a rental car is recommended.

Villa Tanah-Lot (4 pers.)

The detached house has two living levels which are functionally furnished for four people. The approximately 90 sqm ground floor living area is accessed by five external steps and offers a living room with upholstered furniture, fireplace and flatscreen with satellite TV. The habitable kitchen has a kitchenette with four gas rings, electric oven, dishwasher, taoster and microwave. An espresso machine (classic espresso maker) available. Bathroom with shower/WC/bidet, and another separate toilet with WC. The washing machine is in the storage room.
A staircase leads to the night area on the first floor. On the right side is the bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and window, on the left side a small single room with single bed and another small single room with single bed, window and air conditioning. All windows of the house have mosquito screens and of course sea view which brings a nature painting into the room.
Wi-Fi available. Extra bed available on request. Payable on spot.

If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 € are required for this extra cleaning.
