Farmhouse with exclusive swimming pool, divided into 5 apartments, able to accommodate 12 people in 6 double bedrooms, 7 bathrooms. At guests' disposal 1 complete kitchen, a large dining room, 5 kitchenettes, a garden equipped with portable barbecue, a gazebo with dining area for the entire group and games for children. Mosquito nets, heating, wi-fi internet connection, baby bed, high chair and private parking inside the property. Exteriors and swimming pool La Pietraia, surrounded by greenery, enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. In the part of the garden behind the farmhouse, there is access to the in-ground swimming pool, completely fenced, rectangular in shape with Roman steps, which measures 14x6 with a graduated depth of up to a maximum of 1.40 metres; the solarium area is paved, equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and an external shower. The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden of approximately 1,000 m² with a gazebo, table and chairs for the entire group, a portable barbecue, as well as various children's games, table tennis and table football. Furthermore, guests can take walks throughout the entire property (approximately 4,500 m²) among olive trees, fruit trees and a wooded area. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. An entrance that is always open leads to the inside of the property with private parking.
Interior The farmhouse (about 300 m²), entirely made of stone, is divided into five apartments and preserves details of Tuscan architecture such as wooden beams and is also equipped with mosquito nets (with the exception of the dining room) and independent entrances to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests. On the ground floor, a large dining room (approximately 75 m²), also ideal for small events, can accommodate the entire group: it is equipped with a TV, fireplace, stereo with speakers, 1 bathroom with shower (without bidet). This room is connected to an eat-in kitchen where, in addition to the various equipment, there is a 6-burner hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and access to the outside, near the gazebo and the swimming pool. Going up an external flight of stairs (20 steps) which ends with an iron gate, you enter the "i Fiori" apartment characterized by a living room with kitchenette, TV, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. With a side entrance, near the parking lot, we access the "Rosso" apartment on the ground floor, characterized by a living room with kitchenette, TV, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. From here, going up an internal staircase (10 steps) we access the first floor where we find the "Celeste" and "Verde" apartments, both equipped with a living room with kitchenette, TV, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. From here, via 7 steps, we access the "Quadri" apartment which opens onto a living room with kitchenette and TV. Three steps lead to two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. Each room is equipped with a portable fan. Near the dining room, in a separate environment, there is a laundry room equipped with washing machine, sink, ironing board and iron. Position The farmhouse, along with the main house, forms a small village in a hilly position, overlooking the splendid surrounding countryside, an ideal place for relaxing walks. Excellent tranquility and privacy. It is presented as a unique proposal, ideal for a group of friends who want to spend their holidays enjoying each other's company, but without giving up their privacy. Suitable for all those who love a holiday of relaxation, nature and sport. Equipment La Pietraia is equipped with wi-fi internet connection, LPG central heating, mosquito nets, portable fans, baby bed, high chair. Services The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas (but not heating), electricity, wi-fi internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, possibility of domestic help, cook, organization of cooking courses, weddings. Important Information The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Possibility on request of adding up to 3 additional beds included in the price. The owners live in the farmhouse opposite, in a completely independent position.
Activities and Distances La Pietraia is located 8 km from Poppi, in the center of Casentino, a valley between the provinces of Arezzo and Florence in Tuscany. Poppi, for its castle located on a hill about 437 meters above sea level, for its mighty walls and its interesting architectural harmony, is considered a jewel of this Tuscan valley and is included among the most beautiful villages in Italy.
