Holiday House: Villa Claudia, 10 People

Old Tuscan villa with clock tower located in the middle of the property in a panoramic position. The villa is located in the heart of the most significant, art related, triangle of Tuscany (Arezzo 25 km, Siena 35 km, Florence 55 km). Dating from the Middle Ages the building was restored in the 19th century, it is surrounded by a large garden (4000 square meters) with old trees, which is exclusively at guests disposal. The impressive city walls facing the beautiful valley and the illuminated swimming pool (10m x 20m, depth: 1.20 m - 2.50 m) is shared with the guests of another villa of the same owner (Villa Nova).

The villa is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. Visit the world famous Tuscan cities such as Florence, Siena and Arezzo, and enjoy the typical Tuscan life with regional delicacies (olive oil, wine, etc.) in wonderful landscapes with abundant vegetation.

The services of the villa include a swimming pool with sun deckchairs, sunshades (open from early May to late September), a barbecue, the large well-kept garden with garden furniture (made of wrought iron) and a nature walk with the possibility to go (700m) for hiking and walking.

The lawns of the garden will be watered automatically at night, even in August.

Furthermore, for an additional cost, a maid and a cook can be booked that will make your stay in the villa even more enjoyable.

Cooking classes are finally available on the typical Tuscan cuisine on request. The Cook (14,00 € / hour) and the assistant (10,00 € / hour) give courses in English, French, Italian or Polish. At the end of each course, participants receive a small book with some of the most famous Tuscan recipes. Each course ends with a meal where all dishes are prepared by the participants.

The villa is spread over a total of two floors and is cozy and with rustic furnishings.

Ground Floor:

A living room with fireplace and sofa bed for two people, two living rooms, a twin bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, that was completely refurbished in 2013, and a bathroom with shower and bidet.

First Floor:

A living room with fireplace, a living room with fireplace and sofa bed for two persons, two double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and bidet, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bidet.
