Large, welcoming independent villa with private pool situated on the hills surrounding Arezzo. This property is in quiet and panoramic location and allows to spend a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature. The house is furnished in a rustic style and is surrounded by a big furnished garden with a private pool. This villa is on a 7-hectare estate which is partially farmed and partially cultivated with vineyards producing a nice wine (available to be purchased). The nice town of Arezzo (with railway station) is approx. 10 away and the village of Subbiano is in walking distance (approx. 900 m away). The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of 200 m.

large furnished garden with private swimming-pool (accessible via Roman steps) (6 x 12 m – min. depth 1,4 m – max. depth 2,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) approx. 20 from the house away, large covered terrace ideal for al-fresco dining, barbecue. Laundry with washing-machine and ironing facilities. Fans are provided in all of the bedrooms. Internet connection (WI-FI) available. Covered parking (150 square meters).

Extra Services:

Baby bed and high-chair upon request (free of charge). Extra bed: € 150,- per week. Maid service available by arrangement € 10,- / per hour (payment on site). Wine and local handicraft available for clients to be purchased. Chef service for nice Tuscan dinners upon request. Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 150,- / per week (payment on the spot). On the arrival day the owners offer their guests a ”welcome snack”. Please carefully check if there are any extra costs to be paid on site!
