Restored farmhouse in a quiet location with panoramic views of the hills. Divided into two units and tastefully furnished. A beautiful pergola is at your disposal, from which you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of red wine. Ideal for walking among olive and cypress trees. Excursions to Siena and Florence, as well as to Pisa and Lucca are recommended. The beaches of the Etruscan Coast are about 100 km away. Near the garden there is a small wooden house with whirlpool for 4 adults and 1 child (coin operated, usable with charge, to pay on site). Guests have access to a private swimming pool (12x6 m).

Ground floor

With front-lying garden and arbor: two living rooms, one with an antique, about 150-year-old oven as an equipment detail, two kitchens (among other things with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher) and pantry, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Electric heating.

The upper floor is accessible via an antique external staircase and is structured as follows: large, fully equipped kitchen (among other things with stove, oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher) with fireplace, large sofa and satellite TV, another living room with fireplace, 1 twin bedroom, 3 double bedrooms (one with private bathroom with shower) and 2 bathrooms with shower. Central heating.

Guests have access to a terrace with table, chairs and umbrella.
