Furnished in characteristic rustic country style, the villa offers all amenities and is perfect for a family or group of friends. Outside, the house is surrounded by a large garden with a beautiful pool and a barbecue area. The garden offers a splendid, panoramic view of the surrounding nature and countryside. The owners live in an adjacent unit, and are always available to provide any help guests may need, as well as excellent recommendations for a smooth Chianti holiday. They have a separate entrance to their unit and do not share any of the guests’ outdoor spaces. The property’s location is excellent for visiting the main cities and areas of Chianti and Tuscany, such as San Gimignano, Castelfiorentino, Florence, Siena, Lucca and the Tuscan coast. At guests’ disposal: 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning; large, well-tended garden that is completely enclosed; above-ground pool (9 x 4 m; depth: 1,2 m) for guests’ exclusive use; panoramic views; free WIFI internet; parking within the grounds; portico with panoramic views for dining outside; portable barbecue and wood-burning oven.
