Located in the Chianti hills, the property offers large outdoor spaces, and a lovely shared pool with panoramic views of splendid Chianti Classico vineyards. The property is nestled in the green countryside, but at the same time is halfway between Florence and Siena, and near the village of Panzano in Chianti, where there are excellent restaurants, pizzerias, and shops of all kinds. The apartments are comfortably furnished in rustic Tuscan style. Access to the property is via a short stretch of unpaved road in good condition which is not suitable for sports cars. At his farm about 1 km away, the owner produces wine and olive oil, which are available for purchase.
