Villa with a private pool halfway between Siena and Florence in the heart of Chianti, the territory world famous for its beauty, food and wine. Tenuta Macericca is a traditional Tuscan country house dating back to the early 1900s. It has been skillfully renovated to conserve the original characteristics. Inside, there are well-appointed, comfortable furnishings; the grounds offer large, well-tended spaces that are furnished for relaxing and having fun. The two-level property has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, to accomodate up to 10 people. The property is ideally located for relaxing in the Tuscan countryside, while also close to the area’s most important historical attractions such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and the charming villages of Chianti. Access to the villa is via 2 km of unpaved road in good condition.
