In 2011, this stunning 15th century stone building was lovingly restored and transformed from an old country house to a truly magnificent private villa that is set in a quiet, scenic area of the hills surrounding Cortona.
The clever use of materials, colours and fabrics inside the villa gives a feeling of modern comfort whist still maintaining its Tuscan charm.

Ground floor: consists of a well equipped kitchen, dining area and small sitting area.
An elegant, winding stair case leads to the other floors where there are 4 double bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. One of the bedrooms also has a single bed.
Outside there is another small kitchen, BBQ and a gazebo complete with outdoor furniture, making it ideal for al fresco dining.
The views from the veranda of this villa are simply stunning, overlooking not only the Chiana valley and the hills of Cortona but also the superbly manicured and well maintained gardens where there also lies the private below ground swimming pool.
The Villa is the ideal place for those wishing to spend their holidays in a unique setting and looking to relax.
