a food shop is 2 km away, the charming medieval town of Cortona with all kinds of shops 4 km, Foiano della Chiana with golf course approx. 15 km, Arezzo 30 km, Perugia 45 km. Lake Trasimeno with equipped beaches is in a 20-minute drive. Some beautiful renowned towns like Assisi, Montepulciano, Chianciano Terme and Chiusi are within 40 km. A tennis court is at 2 km. A road passes close by the villa.

large furnished garden, shared swimming pool (9 x 5 m – maximum depth 2,3 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue, bread oven. Iron available. Parking within the grounds.
