Nice stone-built farmhouse with private swimming pool in the Tuscan countryside, located into a big farm in the surroundings of Camucia, a short distance from the charming town of Cortona. The owners live nearby the villa and personally manage the farm producing wine, oil and cereals. The country house in divided into 3 apartments not connected internally, but set on the same building. On the ground floor there is a wide living room to share free time all together and offers a kitchen and a lounge/dining area. The further two apartments are located on the first floor of the building. The swimming pool is at 30m away from the entrance, near the owners house but to the exclusive use of the guests. In front of the farmhouse guests can enjoy a large furnished dining area with a barbecue, a wood over, table and chairs. the access to the villa is via a short path in good condition and suitable to any type of car. The position of this villa allows the guests to easily reach the most important sites of this area, such as Cortona, Arezzo Siena and Florence.

garden and large furnished outside areas, swimming pool (14 x 7 m) reserved for the exclusive use of guests, barbecue and wood burning oven. The rental has Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning in every bedroom. Parking available on the property.
