Spacious and comfortable villa rental with private swimming pool, a few kilometres from Arezzo and the splendid town Cortona. The villa offers large interior and exterior space, boasting a huge garden roughly 8000 m² in size and a gated swimming pool. The position of the villa is ideal for visiting the nearby Valdichiana, Chianti and Val d'Orcia areas. Inside has been partially restructured yet featuring original furniture in rustic style. The swimming pool is less than 100m from the house. The railway line passes roughly 150m from the pool and 300m from the house. Next to the villa there are other buildings owned by the same people but they are not lived in. The caretakers (a couple) live on the back of the villa, but do not use the outside areas, nor the swimming pool nor the entrance.
