Outdoors and swimming pool The villa has a garden of approximately 250 m², very well-kept and completely fenced, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, a portable gas barbecue and a large sun umbrella. In a panoramic position, we find the semi in-ground swimming pool, entirely covered in teak, measuring 6x4 meters with a depth of 1.30 metres, furnished with 4 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The external areas are well maintained and cared for. Private parking is inside the property, accessible directly from the garden through an iron door.
Interiors The Villa (approximately 400 m²), spread on two levels, was recently restored respecting the traditional Tuscan architecture, and at the same time combining minimal and elegant design elements, resulting in a refined and functional home. All the electrical and water systems have been installed recently. On the ground floor, to the left of the entrance and going down 4 steps, we find a well-equipped kitchen with table. From the entrance, we reach a living room with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool, a dining room to accommodate the entire group, a bathroom with shower, a finely furnished living room with sofas and fireplace; from here, a wooden staircase (9 steps) leads to the mezzanine floor with a small living room with smart TV and a sofa; climbing another 14 steps we reach the first floor where we find 2 double bedrooms, one with access to a panoramic terrace furnished with a table and 3 chairs, a king-size double bedroom with smart TV and private bathroom with spacious shower, a bathroom with shower. Location The villa is nestled on a hill with views of the Chianti countryside. From here, it's possible to enjoy splendid views of the hills dotted with farmhouses, vineyards, olive groves and woods. Excellent tranquility and privacy, particularly suitable for all those who love a holiday dedicated to relaxation, nature and sport. Facilities The villa is equipped with wifi internet connection, heating, courtesy set in the bathrooms, baby cot, high chair, fans in each room. Services The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed linen, kitchen linen and pool towels (with weekly change), water, electricity, gas, heating, final cleaning, wifi internet connection, high chair and baby bed. On request, possibility of domestic help, chef, cooking courses. Important Information The pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. The accommodation is located at an altitude of 280 m above sea level. Access to the house is via 110 meters of unpaved road. Attached to the villa, with separate entrance, there is a portion of the inhabited house. Parties and loud music are not allowed.
