Villa Tenuta Lonciano is a beautiful stone farmhouse dating back to the thirteenth century, formerly used as a convent, located in a very quiet and panoramic position on the slopes of Mount Morello from which you can enjoy a splendid view over the valley of Florence (about 10 km away). The property is fully fenced and is surrounded by 82,000 m² of land with fruit trees, aromatic plants, pastures and woods of oak, fir, cypress and olive trees. Inside the property there is a beautiful garden (1000 m²) on several levels and a swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. About 10 meters away there is a completely separate villa (Villa Ancora, which is also in our catalogue) that shares only the entrance way with Villa Tenuta Lonciano. The nearby natural park of Monte Morello offers the possibility of pleasant walks in contact with nature.
