The property is immersed in a large fenced park, with total privacy, boasting a large panoramic garden, private swimming pool, ping pong table, small football pitch, children’s games, floor cooling, WiFi, barbecue and wood-burning oven, as well as a furnished gazebo for outdoor breakfasts. Outdoors and Swimming Pool The property has a 3-hectare park, with wheat fields, olive groves, cypresses and flowers. The garden in front of the villa is made up of a lawn with a great view and the swimming pool, with Infinity edge, rectangularly shaped with a circular jacuzzi tub. The pool is fully enclosed by a typical wooden fence, is 12 metres by 12 with a constant depth of 1.4 metres and 0.8 metres for the children’s tub/jacuzzi. Surrounding the pool is an area with shaded gazebos, complete with sunbeds and a hot water shower. The wooden gazebo has wrought-iron and marble tables and chairs as well as a stonework barbecue, where you can enjoy the great view of the surrounding hills. The ping pong table, a 5-a-side football pitch, fishing lake and treehouse with slide and swing for kids round up the property. Parking within the property.
Interior The villa was originally a colonial house and has since been restored, maintaining its original characteristics, and is full of antique furniture, creating a homely, relaxing atmosphere with attention paid to every detail. The main floor entrance leads to the bright living room with large windows, sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV and bookcase, the dining room has a large table for 12 persons and access to the terrace, the kitchen is well-equipped. Rounding up this floor is a bathroom with shower (suitable for disabled) and a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find 3 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with 2 beds (which can be joined upon request, while booking) with bathroom with shower. There is also a small building near the swimming pool with a washing room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board, as well as a fully-equipped gym. Location The villa is in an elevated position of a postcard-esque location, with the property of over 3 hectares offering a view of incontaminated beauty, despite being just a few kilometres from a hamlet in the Montaione area. Facilities The villa has WiFi, central heating, floor cooling, complimentary toiletries in every bathroom, hairdryer, baby bed, high chair, mosquito screens in the bedrooms, parking within the property. Hiking and mountain bike lovers will love the many paths and gravel roads in the surrounding hills and woods. The Etruscan coastline with its many diverse beaches is about an hour’s drive away. 2,5 km Iano (grocery and restaurant),10 km Montaione, 21 km San Gimignano and Volterra, 50 km Castiglioncello (rocky coast), 62 km Florence and Pisa, 65 km Siena and Lucca.
