It is composed of an apartment located on the first floor of a villa ( the ground floor is unoccupied ) and an outbuilding ( completely independent, only few meters away) where 2 additional bedrooms are available. This lovely rental offers a fenced garden in which lies the beautiful swimming pool – just recently constructed. There is also a beautiful barbecue zone with a lovely patio, dining table and stone barbecue.- The location of this rental would allow you to easily reach many of the most interesting places and cities to visit in Tuscany. Lake Trasimeno, with beaches for bathing and dotted with small charming towns is one place not to be missed and can be found just 10km away.
