The apartment Preludio 18 is located in the heart of the city, just a few steps away from the famous tree-lined walls, the Cathedral of San Martino, Piazza Napoleone, Piazza San Michele and the shopping alleys.

The apartment is composed of: Entrance on the ground floor, living room with sofa, room with sliding door with 1 sofa bed (1,40), mezzanine with 1 double sofa bed. Going down 4 steps: kitchen/dining room with stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, exit to one side of the building, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, basin, 1 double bedroom with exit to an inner courtyard, where a corner is reserved for the apartment (another apartment has also access to the courtyard), equipped with a small table and chairs. On the lower ground floor: service room with washing machine and dryer. The apartment is spacious and cosy and has been furnished with great care in modern style.
