Is located on the green hills of Lunigiana, a small piece of land marking the boarder of Toscana and Liguria, about an hour distance from Pisa and Lucca, 40 minutes from Versilia and Forte dei Marmi and 30min from the Cinque Terre.

Cottage Lunigiana is an exclusive holiday home surprising with a breathtaking view of the surrrounding hills, the privacy of the pool area (heated, 9x4,5m, depth from 80cm-2m) and the jacuzzi, the neat inner and outer spaces.

The outdoor area offers a BBQ area with veranda, table and chairs in order to dine outside.

There is a covered parking space for 2 cars on the property. WI-FI included.

The home is perfect for families with children of all ages as well as groups of families or friends wishing to spend a holiday in complete relaxation.

The owners offer a tour of 3 hours on their sailing boat, that can also be rented for other private tours (the offer accounts for confirmation according to the weather and security conditions)

Cottage Lunigiana can accomodate up to 8 guests. There is a suite for 2 people with private bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, one of them with ensuite bathroom, one double room and another bathroom with shower. In the Cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen (complete dishes, fridge with freezer, electric stove, microwave, water boiler, immersion blender, coffee machine, espresso cooker, vacuum cleaner), a bright living room with sofabed for one person, TV and dining room.
