Exteriors and swimming pool The structure with stone walls and pink plaster, whose construction dates back to the 18th century, is located outside a small hamlet. The garden with a beautiful well kept lawn descends from the house towards the panoramic swimming pool which measures 5x10 with a depth of 1.50 metres. On one side of the pool we find sun loungers, deck chairs, two large umbrellas and an outdoor shower with hot water. On the ground floor there is a panoramic terrace with a sitting area where you can have a drink and a porch with a comfortable outdoor kitchen equipped with sink, cooking rings, fridge, oven, dishwasher, a large table for the whole group, where you can dine while admiring the view on the green woods. In the garden there is also a heated jacuzzi for 4 people (2x2 metres) and a portable barbecue. The entire external area, with flowering bushes, is well cared for and is equipped with an automatic irrigation system. Parking on the property.
Interior The complex has been completely tastefully restored, preserving the characteristics of the rural buildings of the time with wooden beams and stone details; the very comfortable and refined furnishings are in rustic style. The main house (approximately 230 sqm) is a portion of a farmhouse, recently renovated, equipped with air conditioning on both floors and mosquito nets on all windows. The ground floor, with three external access steps, opens onto a living room with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with tub, a dining room that can accommodate the entire group with access to the outside. From here, going up an internal staircase, we access the first floor characterized by four double bedrooms (one of which with an added single bed) each with a private bathroom with shower. The annex (approximately 100 sqm) is characterized on the ground floor by two double bedrooms, both equipped with mosquito nets (one of which has an added single bed), and two bathrooms with shower, one of which has access to the outside. The first floor opens onto a living/dining room with fireplace, air conditioning, kitchenette and access to the panoramic balcony equipped with table and chairs where you can have lunch. Services The price includes: the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), wi-fi internet connection, consumption of water, gas and electricity (but not air conditioning), baby bed and high chair. Upon request, there is the possibility of domestic help, babysitter, chef and the organization of cooking courses. Important information The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. The gardener and the pool cleaner will be on site, usually early in the morning or at other times to be agreed, so as not to cause disturbance. For smaller groups, it is possible to book Casale Fivizzano 9. The owners' home is located in the central body of the structure, with an independent entrance.
Activities and distances We are in the heart of Lunigiana, in northern Tuscany on the border with Liguria. Excellent base for excursions to the 5 Terre in Liguria and La Spezia. A few kilometers away is Fivizzano, with shops of all kinds. Aulla 21 km, the famous beaches of Versilia are 75 km away, Cinque Terre 78 km, Lucca 96 km.
