This cute holiday home lies at the border of the hamlet of Colle, in the heart of Tuscany and amidst complete nature; a romantic spot to spend your next holiday! The house disposes of air conditioning and unlimited WiFi access. Grocery and restaurant within 1 km. The garden is completely fenced (mesh wire, height: 1.20m); the grounds are set in terraces, totally 15‘000 sqm. The owner has a landscaping company – the garden is therefore well kept and beautiful. A wonderful covered veranda, equipped with a table, chairs, upholstered chairs, rocking chair, traditional brick barbeque, wood burning oven, invites to laze – enjoy to the top your dining al fresco with a delicious glass of Tuscan wine and get used to the Italian life style. Guests will be able to visit Laiatico ( 30km) with its “silence theatre” ( teatro del silenzio) where the famous singer Bocelli sings, Terricciola 15 km well-known for its good wine, Volterra about 43 km away, Florence 70 km, Pisa only 30 km, the sea of Castiglioncello 35 km away, or to plan relaxing strolls until the heart of the village Lari with its beautiful medieval castle often hosting art and poetry exhibitions. Entrance on the ground floor: living-cum-kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dining table, couch, TV, microwave, filter coffee brewer. 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin. A curtain separates the living from the bedroom. 1 double bedroom with exit onto the garden; there is a mezzanine with 2 single beds, access with a ladder, in the double bedroom. External utility room with boiler and washing machine. The house is located on the countryside, some people in the neighborhood have hunting dogs which may bark in some moments of the day.
