A characteristic single house, made of stones, located on the hills, south of Lucca. There is a completely fenced garden, a private swimming pool with salted water (12 x 6m, depth: 1.40 – 1.75m, internal steps) equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, sun-umbrella, gazebo made of wood with a table and chairs, external shower and barbeque at the guests’ disposal. The perfect spot for families with children – the house disposes of a huge garden, in which your children may play in total security, comfortable steps facilitate the access to the pool, baby bed and highchair for your kids. Groceries and restaurant reachable on foot. Covered veranda with chairs, table, couches and upholstered furniture.

Entrance on the ground floor into living-cum-dining room with SAT-TV, fireplace (not working), kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, utility room with iron and iron board, washing machine, shower (cubicle) exit onto the garden. 1 bathroom with wc, bidet and basin. On the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms (beds can be put together), 1 bathroom with hydro massage tub, wc, basin, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and basin. On the lower floor: 1 room with 2 French sized beds (120 cm) big window door with exit onto the garden. Well-cared furnishings in country style, beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors.This dream holiday home is equipped will all kind of comfort: WIFI, blue tooth, safe, mosquito bars on the windows, air-conditioning, covered parking.
